My name is Larrice Seibert, I am a certified nutritional consultant and health & performance coach with a personal story of transformation. Years ago, I found myself at 227 pounds, struggling with high cholesterol, feeling unhealthy, and grappling with depression. My body didn’t just feel heavy, but so did my spirit. I knew deep down that I needed to make a transition, but like many, I didn’t know where to start.
That journey began with fitness. When I started working out, I was seeking more than just physical change, I was searching for mental clarity and emotional relief. As I moved my body more, I noticed an improvement not only in my strength but in my mindset as well. I felt lighter, clearer, and more focused. But I realized that physical exercise alone wasn’t enough. To transform my health, I needed to address what I was putting into my body.
Introducing changes to my diet was not an easy task, but it became a critical part of my journey. I educated myself on 'Blood Type Nutrition' and made more mindful food choices. I saw dramatic results. Furthermore, I lost 82 pounds, reduced my cholesterol to healthy levels, and most importantly, I regained my confidence. My physical transformation was just the beginning. What I gained throughout the process was a more profound understanding of self-love, balance, and the power of sustainable habits.
Today, my purpose is helping women aged 30 and up embark on their journey toward better health. I specialize in A1C, cholesterol, blood pressure, PCOS and more. As someone who has been in your position, I understand the challenges and setbacks that can come with weight loss and lifestyle changes. My mission is to guide you not only to physical transformation but also to empower you to adopt habits that will support long-term health, well-being, and happiness.
